REGISTRATION

Important: following our contingency plan in ligth of the global covid-19 situation PDC2020 will be online. The following fees have been updated (15.4.2020) to reflect this.

 

PDC2020 authors, and participants register and pay the same fees of the Festival de la Imagen and have full access to both programs online. Registration procedures are provided by the Festival de la Imagen.

Gives access to all academic events (keynotes, full papers, exploratory paper sessions, situated actions, beyond academia, conversations and student posters), special events of the festival (sound landscapes, concerts, special sessions) and online coffee during breaks

Workshops have a separate fee of USD 20 for holders of a passport

Workshops are interactive sessions that actively engage participants in different and novel types of activities and themes. During 2020 workshops will also be held virtually.

Check the info of the workshops  to learn more about their selection criteria! Some of them seek contributions from interested participants before registration, while others might be open for all , on first come, first served basis. 

NOTE: at least one author of each contribution must pay the fee and register  – by the 8th of May-  for their contribution to appear in the proceedings of PDC2020 (Vol 1, Vol 2 and Vol 3).

Other authors and participants can register any time, until passports are sold out. In comparison to earlier PDCs, in 2020 there will not be an early bird fee, we will keep these same fees throughout.

IMPORTANT: Those buying a passport with a discount (No 2, 3 or 4) need to provide at registration proof of their relevant status.  If you are student prepare an image of your student card or university registration. If you are a practitioner in latin america you can provide for example a screenshot of a professional profile or ID card of your  organization, institution or some other document that states your location in Latin America. The organization of the festival will verify those before you can pay the fee. Thank you for your understanding.
